8:30 AMTennessee is the only state in the nation that allows their State Supreme Court to select their highest legal officer. Forty-three states select their top legal officers through popular election. In many states, an elected Attorney General has played a crucial role in governmental ethics matters.
Rep. Kelsey represents the 83rd House District which is located in Shelby County. He is a member of the House Committee on Children and Family Affairs as well as the House Judiciary Committee. Rep. Kelsey resides in Germantown where he is an attorney.

If we can get an AG like Spitzer in NY who will take the music industry to task, that would be good. Also maybe keep playing the Tennessee Waltz?
